TRACK SABBATH - the un-radio

TRACK SABBATH will be a non-radio show where I play songs I like, songs I've never heard before, songs I don't remember hearing, or songs I want to hear again. Enjoy.

The first song is a classic of newer True Metal history - utterly perfect as Hammerfall were back then:

Hammerfall - hammerfall (Glory to the Brave)

Next up is a song from the only Samael-Album I really really like - 'infra galaxia' as a hommage to how cool this track sounded live.

Samael - infra galaxia (Eternal)

Let's move on to the woman with the possibly best, most touching and expressive voice of all times.

Connie Francis - napoli (Die Liebe ist ein seltsames Spiel)

Now one of my favourite songs at the moment - we travel to Bulgaria where Preslava is giving us a prototype of Chalga with a chorus for the Gods.

Preslava - obeshtai mi (Pazi se ot priateli)

Next we let villains Belphegor sing one of their odes to the horns. I found this by chance on youtube at work today and was immediately smitten.

Belphegor - belphegor - hell's ambassador (Pestapokalpyse VI)

This is from back in the day when Metal Hammer compilations were still cool and interesting, and you gave it more than one listen.

The Automanic - grow (Flow)

This next lesser known Therion track is from their "Intermediate Album" A'arab Zaraq Lucid Dreaming.

Therion - into remembrance (A'arab Zaraq Lucid Dreaming)

And last but not least, the heavenly Colonia. This will make you wanna go out and dance with your friends. I promise.

Colonia - party on! (Do Kraja)
